Have you noticed the recent profusion of crochet? Whether its crocheted mittens at Anthropologie, or the granny square blanket on Amy Farrah Fowler's sofa, crochet is definitely becoming as prevalent as knitting.
To help you get in on this trend, we are once again offering crochet lessons here at Wet Coast Wools! We are very excited to have Astor Tsang as our new instructor. Astor is a talented knitting and crochet instructor who has been teaching Vancouver for over ten years. She is the author of the book Hip Knitting: Stylish Projects for the Absolute Beginner, which you may have seen at KnitCity. You can learn more about Astor on her website www.KnittingAstor.com.
Our first crochet class will be held on Tuesday, January 21st and 28th, from 6:30 to 8:30pm. Click here to read more about the class, and to register!
We will be continuing our knitting classes in January as well. Stay tuned for more information about class titles and schedules - we will start posting them after Christmas.
