~In Stillness by Alicia Plummer. I tried making this last year as part of a class, but I ignored my own notes about gauge, and accidentally made it too big. I frogged it and let it sit; recently I decided to cast on again. The pattern wasn’t great when I first made it; 2 revisions have been released since. The pattern is better, but I’m still not sure I’d recommend it as your first top-down sweater.
Knoll Coast DK yarn, which is like a 6-ply version of the Holst Coast (55% lambswool, 45% Cotton) in Nimbus. Sadly, we no longer carry it.
~Kingfisher Shawl by Annamária Ötvös
This is a test knit, pattern is not yet released
Using Borgo de’Pazzi Amore 160, which is a sport weight recycled yarn. Really nice to knit with, has a really cozy texture which would make a great sweater.
~Professor Meow Sweater by Clare Slade, Diamond Tradition yarn
We are doing this for a class because people wanted to learn intarsia. I’m downsizing this to a kids’ size, but only because I have other plans for a sweater with a face on it for myself.
