~Owl Hat - mix of Perching Owl Hat by Yarn Heid Designs and the Camelot Hat by Lion Brand. Made with Alpine Wool by Lion Brand (now discontinued), bulky 100% wool on 6mm needles. The yarn is from my deep stash (said in ominous tones), made for charity.

~Playoff Socks for Mike. I knit them while watching hockey.. I think they need to make it to the second round if Mike wants the second sock.
My own stitch/heel counts, but the texture is from the Blueberry Waffles socks. Hat Trick Yarn in Ottawa colours, got this at Knit City 2015.

Woolith Fair is next weekend! It is a yarn crawl around the Lower Mainland - 17 stores reaching from North Vancouver all the way out to Abbotsford. There is a Passport you get stamped, 3 stamps enters you into the level 1 prize, 7 stamps for the level 2 prize, and 14 (out of a possible 16) for the Super Crawler Grand Prize. Check woolithfair.ca for all the details about what each store is doing, and each store’s hours. Some of the valley stores are not open on Sunday.
