Glenda: Stash Dash Meterage: 2690m

  •  Garter Ridged Basket - Briggs & Little Super, 8mm needles. Medium size
    • Pattern is from Yarnspirations, made with acrylic. I felted this because it is pure wool. I have ideas on how I would change it for the next one.

Kelsey:

  • Gemini by Jane Richmond - 3.75mm needles in Holst Coast Garn, Crimson.
This is my second Gemini and the pattern is always a hit!

Kelsey

  • Afterthought heel socks, toe up on two circulars, 2.75 mm - I knit tight!
    - Wanted to try out my first attempt at dyeing a self-striping yarn.
  • Bellahouston - by Littletheorem
-Was inspired by all the colourwork I was seeing while visiting Norway last month so purchased the yarn for it while I was there to make it.
-The pattern has great tips on sizing and how to adapt the dress to make a perfectly fit garment. There wasn’t a size that worked with  my measurements so I opted for the size that was slightly larger to allow for a more room. The pattern suggests going for negative ease but I prefer either a fitted or slightly looser fit for my body type.
    - The top down construction will allow me to bail out and make it a sweater if I get really tired of the long stockinette body before the colourwork returns.
    - 3 tr. Strikkegarn from Rauma Garn in Norway. Working with 6 different colours that you can find in my Ravelry stash page! 4mm needles
  • Wee Bean by Taiga Hilliard Designs
    - Making a 6-9 months old size  to start getting ready for the large amount of babies being born this fall.
    - Using this great, simple and quick pattern as a stash buster for some of my baby friendly yarns.
    - Cotton-ease in cream and red., 4mm needle.
