FOs (Finished Objects)

Glenda: Wearing - …a hint of summer by Isabel Kraemer

  • Sock machine socks with afterthought heels. Made with Austermann Step Lynx series, and Sandndes Garn Sisu which was bought for me in Norway
  • Not much else - StashDash starts on May 25th (tomorrow) so no finishing until then!

Kelsey: Wearing - “Peachy Keen” I did a mashup of a couple of patterns that are in the Le Bergere pattern magazine. Florence lent me the magazine and the original pattern I based this on had a large panel of fabric sewn into the knitting. Unfortunately I don’t remember what the patterns were called! Sorry! The yarn is Paradou from Bergère de France

  • Imogen Tee by Carrie Bostick Hope in Holst Garn Samarkand (discontinued - similar to the Tides) in colourway aubergine. For an alternative, try Holst Garn Tides in Orchid
  • Rainbow socks - sock machine tubes with afterthought toes, heels and cuffs. Made with Opal My Design sock yarn for the tube and Jawoll Superwash in black

WIPS (Works in Progress)

  • Aila by Isabell Kraemer - in Vegan Yarn Pleiades Sock in “Seaside Speckles”
  • Vanilla Socks - Dye for Ewe sock yarn “When You’re a Jet(s Fan)” 2.5mm needle
  • Surgery Blanket - Simple seed stitch border and stockinette stripes in Borgo de’Pazzi Stout (blue mix) and Borgo de’Pazzi Stout Uni (Lavender). Knit on 6.5mm needles.
  • Modern baby bonnet by Heidi Fierlinger in some unlabelled Sweet Georgia yarn that I got in a food bank for yarn exchange.
