Choose Your Own Adventure!
You've taken Beginner Knitting or taught yourself the basics, but now what? This class will help you move on from the most basic knitting skills (cast on, cast off, knit and purl) to something a little more adventurous. Each student will work on a project of their choice and at their own speed to master new knitting skills with plenty of support and encouragement along the way from the instructor.
Perhaps you want to learn to knit in the round or perhaps you want to try some lace? Maybe it's time to embark on your first simple sweater or shawl and you want some support? Maybe you just need to learn how how to read and work from a pattern? We can tackle all of this and more.
Ideally, each student should arrive with their project and supplies in hand. If you are torn between two or three projects and not sure which way to go, bring the materials and we can decide together which will help you learn new skills without it being overwhelming.
